Oh, The Places I Go: July 2013

July 1 -4 Topeka

We left Elizabeth about 4:30 PM. We drove through some prairie lands and got to Longland, CO for the night. Brought in our card box and worked on some until about midnight. In the morning we started for Topeka staying the home where Shelley keeps her extra things. We finished the cards. I left those with Shelley. We left the 4th about 8:15 AM for Lincoln. We stopped at Marysville, KS and got Shelley's field car. I followed her to Lincoln where we stopped at Cracker Barrel for lunch. I left for my sister's in Iowa and Shelley waited for her coworker Judy to fly in from the British Isles at 7:45 PM. I got to Vonnie's in time for supper.

June 24 - Left Iowa for Elizabeth, CO

Shelley was asked to go to convention in Elizabeth, CO and do sign language for a deaf lady at our convention. We left Churdan about 8:30 AM and arrived in Elizabeth at 7:30 PM. All went well.
We will be here until June 30.

June 23 - Culbertson family pictures

Sunday morning Vonnie's family, Shelley and I had pictures taken before Dondi and family left for their home as they had to go to work Monday morning.

July 22 & 23 Calea Graduation Party

We travelled to Iowa stopping in Omaha to pick up an edible bouquet for Caela from Bert and family
.

We spent Friday night at my sister's getting up Saturday morning and helping them get things ready for Don's sister Sue and family to come to help us celebrate Caela's graduation.
